Monday evening Yoga

A warm welcome to a 90 minute class in the Hatha Yoga tradition including pranayama (breathing exercises), sun salutation (classical warm up), asanas (holding postures) and final relaxation. Sessions run from 6.45pm - 8.15pm. The cost is £48 for six sessions (£8/session) to be used within 2 calendar months - half term and holidays notwithstanding - so you can generally miss two sessions OR £10 drop in. On The Edge Table Tennis Club

This club is for young people aged 12-18 and will be from 4:30pm-5:30pm.
It is a chance for young people to come and have some fun and play table tennis and also learn how to improve with some coaching if they would like.
