Pilates and Movement. Developing flexibility and core strength. Also incorporating Somatics, lengthening and shortening tight muscles to provide relief from muscular pain and movement restriction.

Monday evening Yoga

A warm welcome to a 90 minute class in the Hatha Yoga tradition including pranayama (breathing exercises), sun salutation (classical warm up), asanas (holding postures) and final relaxation. Sessions run from 6.45pm - 8.15pm. The cost is £48 for six sessions (£8/session) to be used within 2 calendar months - half term and holidays notwithstanding - so you can generally miss two sessions OR £10 drop in. On The Edge Table Tennis Club

This club is for young people aged 12-18 and will be from 4:30pm-5:30pm.
It is a chance for young people to come and have some fun and play table tennis and also learn how to improve with some coaching if they would like.

Budapest Cafe Orchestra. A small but impeccably formed orchestra of just four players, the Budapest Café Orchestra play a blistering barrage of traditional folk and gypsy-flavoured music from across Eastern Europe and beyond. Featuring music from the Balkans and Russia, Klezmer Laments, Romanian Doinas, Hungarian Czadas and more, they are hugely entertaining and evoke vivid images of Tzigane fiddle maestros, Budapest café life and gypsy campfires.

Starting at &.00pm, a screening of "The Ballad of Mary Whyddon".
A new feature film by Chagford Filmmaking Group based on the original stage play by the late Mary Morton about the Chagford bride who was shot dead on her wedding day in 1641.
Come and see Chagford and Chagford folk on the Big Screen!
The film is 80mins long.
