Woman's Yoga

Woman's yoga We will explore our divine feminine nature as women through sacred yogic practices that honour our bodies and empower us as women. Playing with breath, sound and movement & looking at how we can bring the goddess back into our lives. This women's only class is suited to all ages and all levels of experience. Pilates and Movement

Developing flexibility and core strength. Also incorporating Somatics, lengthening and shortening tight muscles to provide relief from muscular pain and movement restriction. Please bring Pilates mats and rollers (which can be purchased from me) and wear loose clothing suitable for movement. Socks are recommended.
